Booking Terms & Conditions

A deposit equivalent to one night’s accommodation or a credit card is usually required to secure a booking.

Cheques are not accepted as payment for accommodation unless received by the hotel no later than 10 working days prior to arrival date as a full pre-paid deposit.

A valid credit card is required on check-in for pre-authorisation. If settling by cash payment is required in full on arrival together with a security bond.

Cancellation of bookings Deposits are non-refundable and charges may apply for bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date.

The Kings Perth Hotel may alter these terms and conditions for specific booking (ie groups) or during peak periods.
